Will my price change when prices go up?
No. Today's prices are launch prices and go up step by step. Your subscription keeps the price you booked it at for as long as it runs. New prices only apply to new subscriptions.
What counts as a conversation?
A conversation is one chat with your LeadWin agent, however many messages it has. If the visitor writes again in the same chat after more than 24 hours of inactivity, it counts again. When all conversations are used up, your LeadWin agent automatically adds a small pack. You can switch that off at any time.
What is a LeadWin agent?
A LeadWin agent belongs to one website or brand. It has its own knowledge, its own profile and its own conversation allowance. If several domains carry the same content, one agent covers them together.
What happens when the conversations run out?
Your LeadWin agent automatically adds a small pack, at most 3 times a month, and you get an email each time. In the dashboard you can switch this off for each agent and add a pack yourself instead.
How does the free trial work?
For 7 days you use the features of Pro with one LeadWin agent, no payment details needed. The trial ends on its own. Then you pick a plan or keep using Free.
Can I switch or cancel at any time?
Yes. After you cancel, your plan keeps running until the end of your billing period. It starts on the day you subscribed and lasts a month, or a year if you pay yearly. You can cancel up to the last day of the billing period, on a monthly and a yearly plan alike. You switch plans in the dashboard under manage subscription.
I already have a Feedbax plan. Do I need LeadWin on top?
No. Business includes LeadWin Basic, Premium includes LeadWin Pro and Enterprise includes LeadWin Scale. Extra conversations are then paid with Feedbax Credit.
