Do I need Intercom?
No. You write your articles right in LeadWin, with categories, images and your own address. Intercom is the way for anyone who already runs a Help Center there: connected live or moved over with an import.
What is the difference between connecting and importing?
When connected, your LeadWin agent reads the published articles live from Intercom, and nothing is copied. The import brings your articles into LeadWin with categories, every language and images. After that they also appear as help pages of their own at your address.
Do I have to translate my articles?
No. LeadWin automatically translates every published article into all languages your agent speaks. It never overwrites a language you wrote yourself.
Which plan do I need?
The help center with your own address and the Intercom connection comes with Pro and Scale and is included in the trial. If a plan ends, your articles stay saved and go back online after an upgrade.
